Stevie K Bear – Partner/ President / CEO – Stevie’s interest in real estate stretches back three generations to a great grandfather that built everything, and a dad that is still involved in real estate and remodeling to this day. Stevie has been involved in Central Texas real estate since 1997, and has been a licensed Broker/REALTOR in Texas since 1998, so rehabbing and investing in property was a very short leap, and leap she did, investing, building and rehabbing properties in Central Texas since 2000.
Stevie’s background and college work in business, psychology and social work, done at the University of Texas, and the University of Nebraska – Omaha has served her well in her real estate and investing endeavors, and added to the network that MIM utilizes in its daily work. Now that Ms. Bear is realizing her longtime dream of container based building for the masses in the US, she is looking forward to working with communities and housing initiatives across the country, in an effort to address homelessness and affordable housing issues, as well as sharing the MIM vision of Affordable, Dependable, and Sustainable housing internationally. Along with being a partner in Make It Modular, Ms. Bear also owns Four Directions Realty, as well as Community Real Estate Investing, and is partners with Mr. Hedges in Unlimited Potential Capital Funding, which is part of a unique syndication based crowd funding opportunity.
