Stevie K Bear – Partner / President / CEO – Stevie’s interest in real estate stretches back three generations to a great grandfather that built everything, and a dad that is still involved in real estate and remodeling to this day. Stevie has been involved in Central Texas real estate since 1997, and has been a licensed Broker/REALTOR in Texas since 1998, so rehabbing and investing in property was a very short leap, and leap she did, investing, building and rehabbing properties in Central Texas since 2000.
Stevie’s background and college work in business, psychology and social work has served her well in her real estate and investing endeavors, and added to the network that MIM utilizes in its daily work. Along with being a partner in Make It Modular, Ms. Bear also owns Four Directions Realty, as well as Community Real Estate Investing, and is partners with Mr. Hedges in Unlimited Potential Capital Funding.
Jake LaCour – Project Manager – Mr. LaCour is our hands-on man, front and center for the constructing of our MiMod products. With an eye for detail, and a background in construction, electrical and HVAC, Jake is boots on the ground for all our MiMod projects. From sitting in on design team meetings, to creating our scopes of work, to getting the products delivered, and so many things in between. If it’s a physical or vendor related task that needs doing for a project, Mr. Lacour’s very capable hands will be all over it.
Stephen Byrkit – Vice President of Construction Operations – Mr. Byrkit is the point man for all construction and design related activities within the company. His heavy background in Commercial, Healthcare & Residential design-build project management is key to helping clients realize their projects.
Stephen takes his job personally as he wants to ensure that each and every client gets the best build for your budget. By coordinating heavily with our architects, engineers and our contractors he provides heavy communication & drawn details to ensure scope of work is tied directly to the client’s quality expectations.
