Another very special design, MiMod 1280B introduces our three bedroom designs, this one a one story mother in law plan! An oversized open living, dining, kitchen area, complete with utility room, is framed by a 300+ sq. ft. master suite, and two very generous sized secondary bedrooms. A second bath sits conveniently outside the secondary bedrooms, and is easily accessible for guests. The master bath features a huge custom walk in shower and walk in closet, and offers access to the back porch/deck area.
The 1280B is lined with planters, and has a unique green roof available as an option, as do many of our models, but the 1,280 sq. ft. roof may also be kept as a terrace, and covered as an option, essentially giving you 2,500+ sq. ft. of usable space. A Super Sweet MiMOD Indeed!!
